At Exerta, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and great service.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email our team at admin@exertaofficial.com.


Allow up to 48 hours for a response. Please avoid sending multiple messages, as this can move your ticket to the back of the queue.

 


📨 How to Request a Return

  1. Email admin@exertaofficial.com explaining the issue.

  2. Include your order number and photo evidence to help us assist you faster.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label.

  4. Print and attach the label to your parcel, then drop it off at your nearest Post Office.

 


🚫 Returns & Exchanges

At this stage, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives faulty or damaged.

 


⚠️ Exceptions

If your product is damaged during delivery, we may offer an exchange for the same item once sufficient photo evidence is provided.
